Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. mv77 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately.

mv77 accepts deposits via bKash and Nagad. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may vary depending on your account tier and verification status.

Deposits are credited to your mv77 account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number. mv77 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

In the event of a technical fault during a game round, mv77 will attempt to resolve the round using available server data. If a round cannot be completed or verified, bets placed during that round will be voided and stakes returned to your account. mv77's decision on technical disputes is final.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• Live dealer game results are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and are final once the round closes.
• Sports betting results are determined by the official result of the relevant event. mv77 follows standard industry rules for settlement of sports bets.

mv77 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in card games or live dealer tables.
• Chip dumping or any form of match manipulation in multiplayer games.
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or account bans.
• Attempting to launder money or use mv77 for any illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing mv77 staff or other players.
